oH MAN SURE ANON

i was sometimes skeptical tbh, i have a lot of love for julio, and i wasn’t sure if star did in the beginning, his entire thing about ~open relationships~ despite how much julio was obviously opposed to it really ground at me for awhile, but i realize that he is emotionally stunted in some ways, the mojoverse works differently than earth 616 and i was maybe being too harsh on him.

i’ve grown to love them a lot, actually. there’s that bit where rahne’s pregnant and she notices julio’s upset, and she asks him what makes him happy, and she sort of answers herself with the ‘he does,’ remark—because you know, despite all of star’s shortcomings, he really does make julio really happy

also there’s that moment after julio gets re-powered and he brings down that building and star’s really happy for him and julio’s kind of an idiot about it and you know, they can both be a little stupid about each other’s feelings but they do ultimately care about each other so much

and of course the whole, “i need an emotional anchor to tie me die, and it can only be you,” and wow  no i like them a lot like get married and stuff because i am diSGUSTED BY YOUR LOVE wow this was not eloquent i apologize
